I’ve had nearly 80 GBL Pokemon encounters since season 1 began, and still have yet to encounter a single Rufflet, let alone enough to evolve one without rare candy. I’ve also only encountered Scraggy 3 times total since GBL began (and one of them was guaranteed). This is a problem.
